Networks Built for Live Events

Prime Cyber Technologies designs, deploys, and operates temporary enterprise networks for trade shows, conferences, exhibitions, festivals, and corporate activations. This is where we document that work.

Case Studies Are Being Prepared

Much of our work happens under client confidentiality, and we will not publish an event, venue, client, or performance figure we have not been cleared to share. Verified case studies are being assembled and will appear here as they are approved.

In the meantime, the framework below is exactly how each project will be documented — and it is also how we scope new work. If you want to discuss a comparable deployment, we are happy to walk through our approach directly with your team.

How we document a project

Challenge → Requirements → Solution → Deployment → Result

  1. 01

    Challenge

The operational problem the event faced — venue limitations, timeline, technical constraints, or a production requirement that ordinary connectivity could not meet.

  2. 02

    Requirements

Applications, client counts, coverage areas, security and segmentation needs, redundancy expectations, and the schedule the build had to fit.

  3. 03

    Solution

The network architecture: WAN strategy, switching and addressing, VLAN plan, wireless and RF design, security policy, and monitoring approach.

  4. 04

    Deployment

Staging, installation, cabling, access point placement, validation testing, and the on-site engineering coverage through show hours.

  5. 05

    Result

What the network delivered against the requirements, what we learned, and what carried forward into the next project.
